Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your login and API tokens secure and do not share them publicly.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or harmful activity.
Service description
Dashmon provides infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting. Checks and schedules may vary by plan. Monitoring results are best‑effort measurements and can be affected by network conditions.
Plans & billing
Dashmon may offer a Free plan and one or more paid plans. Plan limits and included features are described on the Pricing page.
If you start a trial, you may have access to paid features for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account may revert to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes and gateway fees may apply depending on your region and payment method.
Acceptable use
- Only monitor systems you own or have explicit permission to monitor.
- Do not use Dashmon to probe, attack, or disrupt other networks or services.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not upload malicious content or use the service for illegal activity.
Your data
You retain ownership of your monitoring configuration and data. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide and improve Dashmon.
API tokens are sensitive; treat them like passwords. We may store only a hashed form of tokens when possible.
Availability
We aim for high availability, but the service may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or factors outside our control. We may change features over time.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Dashmon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Termination
You may stop using Dashmon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and other users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
